India Richards, MD
Dr. Richards is board certified in both general psychiatry and in child & adolescent psychiatry. She sees patients of all ages but has a special interest in children, adolescents, young adults, and women's mental health. She has experience working in a variety of settings across all age groups including inpatient hospitals, emergency psychiatry, substance use treatment, eating disorder treatment, and clinic. She established this clinic in 2019 to work directly with patients and their families on a longitudinal basis.

She has also been involved in medical student, resident, and fellow education and currently serves as community faculty with Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV and affiliate faculty at University of Texas Austin.

Dr. Richards spent many years in Austin, TX prior to relocating to Durango, CO in the spring of 2025. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, climbing, fitness, cooking, reading, gardening, and snowboarding.
